Terms & Conditions – 555bwm Platform Rules

To open and maintain a 555bwm account, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during use of the platform.
• You are not opening the account on behalf of another person.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of anyone employed by 555bwm or its service providers.
• Your account has not previously been closed by 555bwm for a violation of these terms.

When you register, you are required to provide your real name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. This information is used for identity verification and account security, including OTP authentication. Registration with false details — including a name that does not match your government-issued ID — will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Only one account per person is permitted. If our system detects that you have opened a second account, both accounts may be suspended while we investigate. The account found to be a duplicate will be closed.

Before processing a withdrawal from your 555bwm account, we are required to verify your identity. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer or KYC — involves submitting one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo ID (valid Philippine passport, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card).
• Proof of address (a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your name and Philippine address).
• Additional documents if required based on account activity or transaction volume.

KYC documents are reviewed securely. We do not share your identification data with third parties except as required by applicable Philippine law or as part of fraud prevention processes. Accounts that do not complete KYC within the period requested by 555bwm may have withdrawal functionality suspended until the verification is finalised. Regular play and deposit functions are not affected during this period.

All deposits and withdrawals on 555bwm are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The following applies to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, Philippine online banking, mobile banking, and bank transfer. Specific availability may vary — see the Deposit page for the current list.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods on 555bwm.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary by method.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC completion. 555bwm does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Deposit section at the time of transaction.
• Deposits and withdrawals must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Transactions from accounts belonging to another person will not be processed and may result in account review.

555bwm does not charge deposit fees. Fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside our control and are your responsibility.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the 555bwm platform across sports, live casino, eBingo, slots, and poker:

• A bet is binding from the moment it is confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your selections and stake before clicking confirm — bets cannot be cancelled or altered after this point.
• If a sporting event is postponed before it starts and not rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe, the stake for affected bets will be voided and returned to your account balance.
• In cases of an obvious pricing error — where the odds displayed are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — 555bwm reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake.
• Live betting odds update in real time. A bet is placed at the price shown at the moment of confirmation, not the price visible when you first clicked the selection. Please review the confirmed odds on the bet slip.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your account balance after the relevant event is officially settled. Casino game and slot results are settled at the end of each round.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, system glitches, or pricing faults constitutes a breach of these terms. Winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are not paid out.

Promotional offers available on 555bwm are described on the Promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Each promotional offer has its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, validity period, and eligible games or bet types. These are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per player, per household, and per IP address. Attempts to claim bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific requirements are stated in the individual offer terms.
• 555bwm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Active bonus balances will not be cancelled mid-wagering without notice.
• Attempting to abuse promotions — including using combinations of bets designed to circumvent wagering conditions — constitutes a breach of these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your 555bwm login credentials — username, password, and OTP codes — confidential. Do not share your account details with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact 555bwm support immediately so your account can be secured.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555bwm platform:

• Accessing the platform using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of coordinated activity designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the platform in connection with money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Opening accounts under false identities or submitting forged documentation during KYC.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the security of the platform.

555bwm uses SSL encryption on all connections. OTP verification is applied to login and withdrawal requests. These protections are in place for your security — do not attempt to disable or bypass them.

Betting and gaming on 555bwm is a form of entertainment. It is not a guaranteed income source, and no betting strategy removes the inherent risk involved. 555bwm takes player welfare seriously and provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can add to your account balance.

• The information provided during registration or KYC is found to be false or incomplete.
• Abusive behaviour toward other players or platform staff has occurred.

When an account is closed for legitimate reasons and no violation has been found, any remaining balance in the account will be returned to the player through the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC completion. Balances associated with accounts closed due to a breach of these terms may be retained pending investigation.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by requesting account closure through your account settings or by contacting support. Remaining balances are returned after processing.

555bwm may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We recommend checking this page periodically, especially if you have not logged into your account for an extended period. If a change materially affects your rights in a way we consider significant, we will make a reasonable effort to notify active account holders before the change takes effect.
